1 c. flour
3 eggs
1/4 t. salt
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. water
3 T. melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour, eggs, milk, water and butter together.
Pour batter 1/4 cup at a time into a 10" non-stick skillet, preheated on high.
Distribute the batter evenly by tilting the pan.
Shake crepe loose and turn over.
Repeat until all batter is used.
Roll up with your choice of fresh fruit, cinnamon and sugar, cream cheese or jam. Top with syrup.
