1 cup sugar
5 tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks
approx. juice of 1 lemon
2 cups of milk
1 pie crust, baked
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients. Cook in double boiler until thick. Pour into pie shell. Top with meringue. Bake at 350º until brown.
