2 lbs. frozen southern-style hash brown potatoes
1 (16 oz.) ctn. sour cream
2 bunches green onions with tops, sliced (I use regular onions)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes (in refrigerator overnight), add sour cream, onions, soup, salt, cheese and pepper. Mix well and pour into a buttered 9 x 13 inch casserole. Melt butter, spread on top. Bake at 375º for 1 hour or until done in center.
