6 eggs, well beaten
1/3 tsp. salt
1 cup white Karo syrup
1 1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup butter
2 cup chopped or broken nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat everything, except pecans, until well blended. Pour nuts into unbaked pie shell and cover with mixture. Bake at 300º in preheated oven for 40-50 minutes or until custard is set. Makes 2 pies and may be frozen. This has a maple nut taste.
