2-1/2 c grated Zucchini (drained)
1 Egg, beaten
2 Tbsp Butter, melted
1 c Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c Onion, minced
1 tsp to 1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine zucchini, egg and butter. Stir in onions, crumbs and seasoning. Mix well.

Shape mixture into patties. Dredge in flour.

In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium high heat until hot. Fry patties in oil until golden brown on both sides.*

*Can also bake patties at 400º. Place patties on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes, turn and bake 12-15 minutes more.
