1 lb. cooked Macaroni (boil appr. 7 minutes)
1 box of 32 oz. Velveeta Cheese (use 3/4 of box)
1 package 8 oz. Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese (Sharp or Extra Sharp)
Whole Milk (appr. 3 and 1/4 cups)
Butter (appr. 1/3 stick)
2 slices of Bread or Bread Crumbs (optional)

Slice cheese in pieces a little over 1/8 of an inch.

Spray 13 x 9 inch pan with cooking spray. Place one layer of Velveeta and Cheddar cheese. Spread one half of the macaroni on cheese. Place another layer of Velveeta and Cheddar. Spread the other half of the macaroni. Place the remaining cheese on top.

Drop slices of butter across the top. Pour in milk.

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove and stir.

Sprinkle bread crumbs all across the top or tear pieces of bread and spread across top.

Bake uncovered for another 30 minutes.
