3 C chopped chicken
2 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
1 4.5 oz can chopped green chilis (drained)
1/3 C chopped fresh cilantro
8- 8in flour tortillas
1 8oz green taco sauce
TOPPING:
diced tomato, chopped avacado, green onion, ripe olive and sour cream (8oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 5 ingredients.Spoon mix over each tortilla and roll up.
Arrange in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish.
Bake at 350º 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
Stir together sour cream and taco sauce. Spoon over hot enchilada and sprinkle with toppings.
