2 cups cooked chicken diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 - 4oz can drained mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and top with buttered corn flakes or potato chips
Bake at 375º for 30 to 45 minutes. Don't over bake because celery and onions
are supposed to remain crisp.
May be made ahead. Just leave rice out and add just before you bake.
Serve hot.
