Seedless Watermelon
Fresh Basil
Honey
Fresh Lime Juice
Amounts will vary according to how much you want to make
Skewers (long enough to hold a few pieces, 4 or so, for a serving)
May need to buy these at a restaurant supply store.

Directions:
Cut a seedless watermelon into bite sized squares or pieces to fit skewers.
Arrange on a platter and chill.
Right before serving, make a chiffonade of basil(roll basil leaves up like a little cigar and cut ribbons. Sprinkle all over melon.
Heat honey and fresh lime juice slightly until it is a simple syrup texture.
Cool slightly and then drizzle over melon and basil.
