4 c. cooked chicken, chopped or diced
2 cans of cram of chicken soup
2 cups celery, diced
1 small onion, chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts or slivered almonds
1 cup mayo
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 T. lemon juice
6 hard-boied eggs, chopped
1 cup cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except the cracker crumbs. Spoon into a 4-qt. casserole dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
