1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 tespoon salt
1 cup milk
2 package yeast (5 t.)
1/4 cup warm water
1 teaspon sugar
3 eggs
5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place margarine, sugar and salt in a bowl. Scald milk and pour over mixture. Add yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar to warm water and let rise. Beat eggs into cooled milk mixture. Add yeast and mix. Beat in 3 cups flour for 2 minutes in Kitchen Aid mixer. Add remaing 2 cups clour and beat with dough hook 2 minutes longer. Let rise until double in bulk. Divide dough into 4 parts. Press each part into a circle and roll out about 1 foot across. Cut in to 10 pie pieces. I use a pizza cutter to cut pieces. Start at long end and roll up. Place on backing sheet with parchement paper and let rise until double. Bake 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melter butter as soon as they come out of the oven.
