1 cup self rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 stick melted butter
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla

Add ingredients in above order. Roll on cookie sheet one ball at a time and flatten with hand. The flatter, the crunchier. Bake at 350º for approx. 10-12 minutes.
