4 or 5 medium potatoes
1 chopped onion
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. milk

Topping:
1/2 stick butter
2 slices bread for bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
Mix milk with soup and stir in onions.
Layer in casserole dish:
potatoes
sprinkle with black pepper
soup mixture
REPEAT the layers
To make topping: melt the butter and crumble the bread. Stir until the bread is browned. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350º for 25 min.
