1 fryer (cooked, boned and cut in small pieces)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped onion
(Mix together and set aside)
2 eggs
1 stick butter
2 1/2 cups broth of chicken
1 package cornbread Pepperidge Farm stuffing
(Mix together and set aside)
2 eggs
1 cup milk
(Beat together in small bowl)

Directions:
In bottom of casserole dish, put one layer of stuffing mix, add all chicken mixture over first layer; then second half of stuffing mix. Put egg-milk mixture over top and let stand overnight in refrigerator. When ready to cook, add one can cream of mushroom, chicken or celery soup over top of casserole and cook 45 minutes at 350º or until done. Sprinkle paprika over top for color. This freezes well.
