3 sticks butter
2 lbs shrimp
2 lbs crawfish
4 onions, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
3 cloves garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' until translucent. Add shrimp and 3 bay leaves. Cover and simmer 10-20 minutes. Add salt and pepper, worchestire and parsley. Mix 2 tbsp flour and water to make medium paste. Add 1 can cream of celery soup and 1-2 tbsp tomato paste. Serve over rice.
