3 yellow squash (cooked, drained and mashed)
1 package mexican cornbread, cooked
cheese
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, peppers and celery. Crumble cornbread. Add 2 cups milk. Add soup and squash, sautéed vegetables. Mix together. Bake one hour at 350º. Last 10 minutes, add chess to top. Freezes well.
