2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 small onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup green pepper, minced
2 cups pecans, chopped fine
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except for 1 cup pecans. Shape into a ball and roll in the reserved one cup of pecans. Cover tightly and chill several hours.
