1 quart green tomatoes
2 sweet peppers
2 red peppers, sweet or hot
2 large onions
1 small head cabbage
1/2 cup salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grind and soak in the salt over night then drain and press out as much as possible of the liquid. The add:
3 cups vinegar, 2 1/2 cups brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp allspice or nutmeg celery seed. Bring to boil then simmer for 2 hours, stirring often.
