1 yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges with juice
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil

topping:
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 (11 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (8 0z) Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix at high speed 3 minutes (cake mix, mandarin oranges, eggs and oil). Bake as directed on cake mix in a 9 x 13 pan.

Topping:
Beat together in a big bowl. Spread on cake and refrigerate.
