1 large can sweet potatoes
3/4 stick margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs
dash of nutmeg

topping:
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup light brown sugar
3/4 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Drain part of juice from potatoes. Warm potatoes and margarine then mash well. Add enough juice to make potatoes creamy. Beat eggs; add sugar, milk and nutmeg. Mix with potato mixture. Cook 15-20 minutes in long pan at 400º.

Topping:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add corn flakes and nuts. Sprinkle over casserole and cook on additional 15 minutes.
