1 1/2 lbs hamburger
2 c cooked rice
salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
2 heads of cabbage
6 cans tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Remove core from cabbage and steam until soft.

Mix hamburger, rice, salt, pepper, garlic and one can of soup together.

Preheat oven to 325º. Mix one can of soup and a can of water and pout into a deep roasting pan.

Gently peel off one leaf of cabbage. Place a ball of the hamburger and rice mixture into the base of the leaf. Roll up, folding sides in and place in the pan, seam side down.

After all of the rolls are made, cover with remaining tomato soup and then with any remaining cabbage leaves.

Bake at 325º for 3 - 4 hours.
