1 lb. spinach
1 can bean sprouts, drained
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 onion, chopped

Dressing:
1 c salad oil
3/4 c sugar
1/3 c catsup
1/4 c vinegar
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Layer spinach, bean sprouts and hard boiled eggs on individual plates.
Sprinkle bacon over the salad.

To make dressing:
Beat all ingredients to blend. Add salt and pepper to taste.
