2 c. pecan halves
4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1 lg. egg white
½ c. brown sugar, packed
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter and cool.
2. Whip egg white with whisk until foamy.
3. Add sugar and salt to butter.
4. Add sugar and butter mixture to egg white. Mix well.
5. Add pecans. Stir to coat.
6. Spread in single layer on parchment paper.
7. Bake at 250º for 60 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes.
8. Cool in pan.
9. Store in airtight container.
