1 pound mushrooms (1-1 1/2 inches in diameter)
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1 c. (4 oz.) crumbled blue cheese
1 package (3 oz.) softened cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Turn broiler on to med./high.

Remove mushroom stems and chop into small pieces. Sauté mushroom stems and green onions in butter until soft. Combine with cheeses, mixing well.

Stuff mushrooms with cheese mixture. Place on broiler rack and broil for 2—3 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve immediately.
