One crostini bread roll - sliced into 1/2" slices
Pesto (from deli section)
Brie cheese - cut into small slices
Sun dried tomato in olive oil
Directions:

Heat broiler on medium.

Place a bit of pesto on bread slice. Place Brie cheese on top. Then top with sun dried tomato. Broil on high shelf ..... watch closely. Broil 2-3 (?) minutes....just until the cheese melts.
