1 lb Ricotta
1/2 CupParmigiano Cheest
1 1/2 Cup Flour
2 tsp Salt
1 Large Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Ricotta, Cheese, 1 Cup of Flour and the Salt. Mix well and add the additional flour as needed to make dough. Knead dough. Form into cord shape strip, cut into 1 inch pieces and use index and middle finger to make indent in past to form gnocci.
