3 bags Seviroli Frozen Cheese Ravioli (each bag 4 Lb - 50 large ravioli)
5 Lb lean ground beef
2 Tbs minced garlic
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 cup red wine
4 (102 oz) cans Spaghetti Sauce
5 Lbs shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef. Add garlic, Italian spices and red wine. Cook until liquid is evaporated. Mix ground beef with spaghetti sauce. Use 6 - 9 X 13 disposable baking pans. Cover the bottom of the pan with a thin layer of sauce. Arrange a layer of 12 ravioli. cover with sauce and arrange another layer of 12 -13 ravioli. Cover with sauce and top with mozzarella. Bake covered in a 350ºF oven for about 2 hours. For the last 10 - 15 minutes remove the cover to brown the cheese. Serve hot.
