3 whole pork loins (7-8 Lb each)
4 large onions
2 pkg McCormick Grill Mates: Spiced Brandy and Herb Marinade
1 gal apple cider

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse pork and pat dry. Cut each loin in half to make 6 roast. Put three roast fat side up in each of two deep roasting pans. Place under broiler to brown. Turn roast fat side down. Set oven to 350ºF. Cut up onions and divide between the two pans. Sprinkle one package of marinade over roast in each pan. Pour apple cider over roast, just to cover. Roast about 2 hours or until done. Remove roast from pans and let set 20 minutes. While the roasts are cooling, pour cooking juices into a large pot and puree with an immersion blender. Thicken with cornstarch dissolved in apple cider. Slice into about 1/2" slices, putting each roast into a 9x13 disposable pan. Divide the gravy between the six pans; cover and refrigerate until ready to use. When ready to cook remove from refrigerator, let set for about 1/2 hour, then heat through in a 350ºF oven. About 1 hour.
