5 Lbs potatoes, peeled
8 oz package cream cheese
1 stick of butter
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender - mash - stir in cream cheese and butter. Add remaining ingredients and stir just to combine. Spread in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Refrigerate. One hour before serving, remove from refrigerator. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This can be made the day before you serve.
