Bag of frozen potatoes O'Brien
package of taco seasoning
cheese
flour tortillas
oil
Favorite taco toppings

Directions:
Directions:
Saute potatoes O'Brien in large skillet
when thawed add taco seasoning and 1/2 C water, simmer until absorbed and potatoes are cooked thoroughly.
spoon into flour tortillas, add spoonful of cheese, fold over.
Fry in skillet briefly, slipping taco to brown each side evenly.
Serve with favorite toppings
