1 tube of 8oz Crescent Rolls
2 cups crushed corn chips
1 1/2 lb. of ground chicken, beef or turkey (depending on your preference)
1 can of 15oz tomato sauce
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Unroll crescent dough into a rectangle and press into the bottom & 1 inch up the sides of a 13x9x2 baking dish.
Seal seams and perforations. sprinkle with one cup of crushed corn chips & set aside.

In a large skillet cook your meat preference over medium heat until cooked. Drain.
Stir in tomato sauce and taco seasoning, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat & simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
Spoon desired meat over chips on baking dish.
Top with sour cream, 1 cup of cheese & remaining corn chips.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
or until crust is lightly browned.
Remove & serve
