6 cups rolled oats – (not quick oats)

1 cup sesame seeds

2 cups sunflower seeds

2 cups pumpkin seeds

1 cup almond slices

3 cups coconut

1 cup wheat germ (or wheat bran)

1/3 cup honey

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/3 cup molasses

Oil – 1 cup of any oil you prefer

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

Heat the oil and sweetener together in a pan. (I use coconut oil or a combination of coconut oil and grapeseed oil)

Mix the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir well. Put into a 9 X13 cake pan and bake at 375 degrees F for 20 - 25 minutes…. Stirring every ten minutes or so.

Cool and add 1 or 2 cups of raisins and any other dried fruit you may like to add.
Store in an airtight container. Does not need to be refrigerated.
