3 lbs. brussels sprouts
1/2 c. olive oil
salt and pepper
1 c. balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Trim and clean sprouts, cut in half if desired(or leave whole). Arrange on 2 baking sheets and toss with oil. Sprinkle with plenty of salt and pepper. Roast at 375* for 25-30 mins. or till brown.
Combine vinegar and sugar in saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Mixture needs to reduce till very thick. 15-20 minutes at this heat.
Drizzle vinegar reduction over sprouts and sprinkle with dried cranberries. Toss and serve immediately.
