Chicken cutlets, garlic, olive oil, parsley. extra sharp provolone( imported), Romano freshly grated,mozzarella cheese optional.

Cut and pound 4to6 pieces of chicken cutlets to desired thickness. Lay flat sprinkle with grated Romano cheese. Lay a piece of imported provolone cheese on the chicken, sprinkle parsley on the chicken and set aside. Put 1 cup of olive oil in frying pan, add two cloves of garlic chopped fine, preheat oil. When at frying temperature ad chicken. Cook one side roll over and cook other side until lightly done. This should take approximately 10 min. removed from frying pan and put in small casserole dish. Add a small amount of chopped garlic on top of chicken. Cover with mozzarella cheese,( optional) Bake at 350° until done,approximately 10 to 15. Serve with any pasta and sauce. Note you can also line the casserole dish with pasta sauce and bake as an option
