Rice Sticks (cooked), Rice paper wrappers, cucumber (shredded), carrots (shredded), avocado (thinly sliced), green onion,basil
PEANUT DIPPING SAUCE:
2 tbsp rice vinegar, @ tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp sugar, 2 tsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp hot water, 1 tsp chill garlic paste, 2 tbsp chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Dunk wrapper in warm water for about 10 seconds, fill with rice sticks, cucumber, carrots, avocado, green onion and basil. Fold like a burrito nice and tight. I usually cut mine in half!
Dipping Sauce: Mix all ingredients together
