1 15 oz. can black beans= drained and rinsed
1 sm can shoe peg corn or frozen
1 14 oz. can rotel tomatoes and green chilis
1 purple onion, chopped
3 - 4 TBLS lime juice
2 TBLS olive oil
1 TBLS red wine vinegar'1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
red or yellow pepper chopped.

Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve with tortilla chips.
