1 lb. frozen or canned crabmeat
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup melted butter
2 TBLS diced onions
2 TBLS red or green pepper
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestershire
salt & pepper
a lb. large fresh mushrooms, washed and dried, cut off stem
1 cup grated Swiss cheese

Directions:
preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 9 x 13 baking dish. Combine first 8 ingredients in medium bowl. Season with salt & pepper. Spoon about 1 TBLS crab mixture into each mushroom. Place in prepared baking dish, Sprinkle cheese over top of mushrooms. Bake until mushrooms are tender and cheese melts, about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
