1 lb. lean ground beef
2 to 3 Tbs of olive oil
1 small onion, pureed (this is important, not just diced)
1 green bell pepper, pureed
3 cans Hunts tomato sauce
3 cans Bush's Best Medium Chili Beans (Hot is good too, depends on who you are serving)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder (maybe a dash more)
1/2 tsp allspice

Throw everything in your crockpot and let it cook all day if possible. The longer you let it simmer, the better. Serve with hot sauce, onions, shredded cheddar cheese, pickles and crackers.
