2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size chunks (I use 2- 32 oz. bags of frozen grilled chicken strips)
4 cans (15.5 oz) cannelloni beans, rinsed and drained
3 cans (14 oz.) fat-free, reduced sodium chicken broth
2 cans (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies
1 tsp. each of salt and cumin
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. each of chili powder and black pepper
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
Hot sauce to taste

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Transfer to large slow cooker. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours. Uncover and cook 1 hour longer, stirring occasionally.
Serves 10 to 12.
