3 skinless, boneless Chicken breast - pre-cooked
6 slices PepperJack Cheese
6 Fresh jalapeņos
1 lb. Fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
4 Roasted red peppers, sliced into strips
3 Artichoke Hearts

Directions:
Directions:
Use Olive oil spray and lightly spray baking pan
Slice pre-cooked chicken breast in half lengthwise so thin and place in bottom of pan
Cover each chicken piece with thinly sliced mushrooms
Add freshly sliced jalapeņos on each breast
Top with one piece of cheese
Add roasted pepper slices on top of cheese
Add pieces of artichoke heart
Cover pan, and steam until ingredients blend and cheese melts
Cover with another piece of cheese and melt for a few more seconds
