1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter
pumpernickel bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF Layer in casserole dish: sauerkraut, crumbled corned beef, Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing and mayonnaise mixed, 2 tomatoes, sliced. Saute bread crumbs in butter and sprinkle on top. Bake for 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
