One liter everclear liquor
Peeling of 10-12 lemons (use zest only)
2 liters water
2 cups sugar

Peel 10-12 lemons and place zest only in the everclear and soak for 14 days. Heat water and sugar over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and cool. Strain the alcohol and mix with the sugar water and serve cold.
