2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
2 tsp soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can crushed pineapple undrained (20 oz)

Nut Icing
1 ½ cups sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Cake
Combine all ingredients and cream.
Pour into prepared jelly roll pan 13 x 7 inches. Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes or until done(do not over bake).

Icing
Cook sugar, butter and milk over low heat until thickened, do not overcook. Add coconut and pecans and spread on cake while still warm.
