Crust:
1 C flour
1/2 C oleo
1/2 C Pecans or Walnuts, chopped

1 C powdered sugar
1 pkg 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 large carton Cool Whip
2 small pkg any flavor instant pudding
2 1/2 C milk
1 small carton Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients until crumbly. Press in 9"x13" cake pan. Bake 10-15 minutes in a 350º oven. Cool. Beat powdered sugar & cream cheese until fluffy. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix pudding and milk until thick. Top with small carton of Cool Whip. Garnish as you want.
