1 can Delmonte Stewed Tomatoes
1 medium onion
4 Slices center cut Bacon
1/4 t garlic salt
1/4 t black pepper
1/4 t Italian Seasoning
1/2 t sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon on med heat til crisp. Remove and crumble. Leave 2 T bacon grease in pan. Add thinly sliced onion and carmelize on med heat. When brown, add sugar and cook 2 to 3 more minutes. Put tomatoes and crumbled bacon in food processor and puree. Add tomatoe mixture to pan and cook to meld flavors and achieve desired consistency.
