2-4 T butter
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups water
1 pkg Knorr vegetable soup mix
1-2 slices lemon
1/2 cup sour cream
1 T corn starch
1/2 t dried dill

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat.
Add chicken, saute for 5 minutes.
In separate bowl, pre-whisk water, soup mix and lemon. Add to skillet and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.

Remove chicken from pan and discard lemon.
In a small bowl, pre-mix sour cream, corn starch and dill. Add to skillet.
Bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Simmer 1 minute.
Pour over chicken, serve over rice or noodles.
