2-4 T butter
3/4 lb orange roughy or basa fillets, cut into 4 pieces
1/2 t dried basil leaves
1 cup chopped plum or grape tomatoes
1/2 t seasoned salt
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 cup white wine
4 t fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in baking dish.
Add fillets and coat each side with butter.
Sprinkle with basil, top with tomatoes, seasoned salt and garlic powder.
Pour wine and lemon juice over fillets.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
