1 tbsp. fresh or 1/4 tsp dry dill weed.
12 oz. cream cheese at room temperature, cut into pieces.
1 can (7 3/4) oz. Red salmon, drained well.
1 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. lemon juice
7 to 9 drops tabasco sauce
chopped parsley for garnish

If you are using fresh dill, process in the cuisinhart to mince and set aside.
Add cream cheese to processor and process until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients to process until smooth.
Serve or toast, bread or crackers.
