2 lbs of hamburger
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cans of whole tomatoes, chunked
2 cans of pinto beans
2 T chili powder (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger. Drain and reserve grease.
Saute onions and garlic in the remaining grease.
Combine hamburger, onions, garlic, tomatoes and chili powder.
Cook for two hours on medium high heat.
Add beans and cook for 1 hour.

Papa's notes: if you don't like the taste, open your condiment cabinet and start adding anything that comes to mind (I could only get away with this when your mother was out of the house).
