1 can (16 oz.) sliced peaches, drained
3/4 cup flour
1 small vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp. oleo
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Drain peaches and reserve juice. Chop peaches. Combine next 3 ingredients in bowl; stir mixture of egg, milk and butter. Spread into an 8 inch greased casserole dish to make crust. Spoon peaches into prepared pan. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and peach juice. Mix well. Pour over peaches. Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon. Mix well. Sprinkle over dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
